Grand Library
📍 East Wing, 3rd Floor
A vast repository of magical knowledge spanning centuries. Contains over 100,000 tomes on spellcraft, history, and arcane theory.
Inside Grand Library
The Grand Library is less a room than a carefully tended weather system of ideas. Its walnut galleries climb through three storeys, while enchanted lamps brighten only when a reader settles beneath them. Most books remain politely shelved, but the oldest reference works drift between desks when they sense a question worth answering.
Students may freely explore the public stacks and constellation gallery. The sealed archive below the western stair requires a professor's key and a very convincing reason. Librarians recommend keeping a pencil nearby: the building has a habit of returning useful books to their shelves before anyone can mark a page.
