Inside Familiar Sanctuary
The Familiar Sanctuary winds through the sheltered west gardens, where streams, warm burrows, high nesting rooms, and moonlit lawns accommodate creatures with very different ideas of comfort. The paths subtly redirect visitors away from residents who need quiet, while feeding stations adjust themselves for beaks, paws, claws, and stranger anatomies.
Students come here to meet potential familiars, learn ethical creature care, and repair the trust that careless magic can damage. Bonding is never assigned or hurried. Old Bram insists that the creature must be allowed to make the first choice, and the sanctuary itself seems to agree.
