Helena Stonehart teaches that defense is an active choice, not a retreat. Her classes build shields under noise, fatigue, and conflicting priorities, then test whether a group can protect its most vulnerable member without losing formation. She corrects mistakes bluntly and celebrates improvement quietly.
Her protective instincts are famous beyond Terravale House. During the Grey Breach, she reportedly held a failing barrier for three days while the academy evacuated. Helena refuses to discuss the feat, but every first-year learns the stance named after it.
